This was a design I did for a friend of mine, who’s a painter. He gave me a flash drive with a bunch of logo sketches, and from them, I picked out this gem. Something about working with Tyler Fite always allows me to create amazing pieces. Here’s his original sketch:
Something I kinda ran with on this one was what I call my “Mint Chocolate Chip” pattern in his logo. When I ran the existing interior from his sketch in this piece, it just didn’t really fit his style I didn’t think. So I chose the ice cream theme, to keep it more urban. I feel like the interior design theme is something you might see on sneakers as print, or on a wall as graffiti. We ran this design as a very classy, minimalist business card.
After doing this one, I made up another logo and some cards for a friend who has a lawncare business.
With this design, I wanted to make something very edgy and rock ‘n roll. So I extended the corners and rounded some edges, and shaped the letters in a very demanding angle. Overall, very happy with my first attempt at logo design. Thanks for looking!
